1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Bullseye Arrow Game you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Game
Bullseye Arrow Game is a skill-based archery aiming game with 100 levels. Five new levels become available each calendar day. Level packs and zoom upgrades may be purchased separately to unlock additional content immediately.
3. In-App Purchases
All purchases are one-time, non-refundable, and processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Prices are shown in your local currency. Purchases can be restored on any device using the Restore Purchases button in the Shop.
4. Zoom Upgrades
Zoom Level 1 (1.5×), Zoom Level 2 (2×), and Zoom Level 3 (2.5×) are each sold separately. Each zoom magnifies the target during the aiming phase to assist precision.
5. Prize — $10 Apple Gift Card
One (1) prize of a $10 Apple Gift Card will be awarded to the first verified player to complete all 100 levels with a total accuracy score of 900 or higher (out of a possible 1000). The prize is available while supplies last. No cash equivalent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not manipulate device time/date settings to unlock levels faster, reverse-engineer the app, or use exploits to achieve illegitimate leaderboard scores. Violations may result in disqualification from the prize.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
