1. What We Collect

Bullseye Arrow Game does not require you to create an account or sign in. To keep your progress working and to support the prize, we store your gameplay data (levels completed and your scores) on our servers, linked to an anonymous identifier provided by RevenueCat rather than to your name or email. We collect your name and email only if you claim the prize (see "Prize Data" below). We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers.

2. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements. RevenueCat may store an anonymous user identifier to track which level packs and zoom upgrades you have purchased. No payment card details are ever accessible to us.

3. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. The app does not track your behaviour across other apps or websites.

4. Prize Data

If you complete all 100 levels with a qualifying score and claim the $10 Apple Gift Card prize, we ask for your name and email so we can deliver it. These details are sent to our prize-fulfilment inbox and then deleted from our database — we keep them only as long as it takes to send your prize, and never sell them or use them for marketing.

5. In-App Support Chat

If you use the in-app help chat, the messages you type are sent to a third-party AI provider that generates the replies, and may be forwarded to our support email so we can follow up. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat. Messages are used only to answer your question and provide support.

6. Data Retention & Your Choices

Purchase records and gameplay data are kept while the game operates so your purchases and progress keep working. Prize name and email are deleted after fulfilment as described above. You can ask us to delete the data associated with your account at any time by emailing Applications.mae@gmail.com. Your data is encrypted in transit.

7. Children

Bullseye Arrow Game does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app contains in-app purchases and is intended for players aged 13 and older.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
